Phenomenon Books is an independent publishing imprint based in Key West, Florida, United States. These terms apply to books and pre-orders purchased through this website.
Orders & payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm and fulfill it. We may decline or cancel an order and issue a full refund if a title becomes unavailable or an error occurs.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered titles are charged at the time of order and ship on or around the release date shown for each book. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

Intellectual property
All texts, cover art, and designs on this site are the property of Phenomenon Books and its authors and artists, and may not be reproduced without permission. Purchasing a book grants you a copy for personal reading; it does not transfer any rights in the work.
